1. Note the following points made in the Emergency Decree taking effect on 26 March:
- The public may be banned from entering dangerous or overcrowded areas, or provinces with dangerous levels of outbreak.
- Stock up on food and essential items as needed.
- Students can return to their home country but must comply with the Disease Prevention Act in Emergency Decree No.1. When traveling back to Thailand, they must strictly follow the national and university regulations relevant at the time of entry.
- Restaurants, small convenience stores, banks, markets that sell fresh/dry food, hospitals and other venues specified in the Decree still operate as normal.
- Leaving one’s accommodation may be banned during specified periods, except with permission from the authorities.
- Commuting between provinces is discouraged.
- Violating the Emergency Decree carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison.
2. Students are strongly encouraged to stay inside their accommodation and leave only for emergencies during specific times (to be announced later)
3. The university provides accident insurance for all students, but health insurance is a personal responsibility of each student. Considering this situation, students without health insurance should consider purchasing one.

4. International students planning to return home should contact their embassy for relevant information.
