Four distinguished delegates led by Prof. Dr. Raihani, from UIN Suska Riau, Indonesia, visited PSU Hat Yai Campus on September 23, 2015. The welcome meeting was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kewalin Thammasitboon, Assistant President for International Affairs.
Prof. Dr. Raihani and his team conducted a collaborative research with the PSU College of Islamic Studies, Pattani Campus, from September 14-22, 2015. After finalizing the data collection for the joint research, UIN Suska Riau representatives visited PSU Hat Yai Campus, in order to discuss the expansion of the cooperation between the two universities. The future collaborative activities discussed concern joint conferences, joint supervision of students, collaborative research and visiting professors. Other mutual beneficial areas for collaboration may include Agriculture, Education, Halal products and Renewable Energy.
