PSU, as well as each faculty, may offer some scholarships for undergraduate international students. In order to apply for a scholarship, one must be first accepted as a PSU student, and his/her faculty will apply for this scholarship on behalf of the student. Therefore, please firstly apply for a PSU undergraduate International Program or English Program (by sending an email to the relevant faculty), and once you are accepted, you can request the faculty to apply for a scholarship on your behalf.
