Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jens Strackeljan, Rector of Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, Germany, led a delegation of four distinguished German delegates to visit PSU Hat Yai Campus on February 11, 2016. This visit was part of an official trip to several Thai universities.
The objective of their visit to Thailand was to strengthen and further develop the collaboration with the Thai Universities Consortium for Cooperation with German Educational Institutions. This consortium includes Chiang Mai University, Khon Kaen University, Kasetsart University, Mae Fah Luang University and Prince of Songkla University.
After a courtesy call on Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chusak Limsakul, PSU President, the honorable guests visited the Faculty of Engineering and discussed the development of the cooperation between the two universities with faculty's administrators. The meeting was successfully completed with new future collaborative activities identified.
